Today I thought of sharing with you all an easy tutorial for making a handmade paper box, which you can use as a storage box or a gift box. So let's get started ..........
MATERIAL REQUIRED
1) Thick colourfull paper sheets ( as per your preference)
2) A pair of scissors
3) Adhesive
4) Decorative papers
DIMENSIONS ( I have used here)
1) Base and each side measuring 4 *4 cm (For The Box)
2) Flips measuring 4*1 cm (For The Box)
3) Base measuring 4.3* 4.3 cm (For The Lid Of The Box)
4) Sides and flips measuring 4*1.5 cm (For The Lid Of The Box)

PROCEDURE
STEP 1: Follow the given template, cut the paper according to your required dimensions for making the box and its lid.
[NOTE - Always remember the base dimensions of the lid should be slightly greater than the base dimension of the box. For example, if you want to make the box of size 6*6 cm then the base of the lid should measure 6.3*6.3 cm otherwise the lid would not fit the box properly.]
STEP 2: Now fold the sides of both the box and lids towards their respective base, as shown in below.
STEP 3: Now apply the adhesive to the outer side of the flips and paste them to the inner part of adjacent sides. Repeat the process for the lid also.
STEP 4: Repeat step 3 for the other sides also. The box and its lid are ready.
STEP 5: You can decorate the box and its lid with the decorative papers as your liking. This is how it looks when it is completed.
