QUADRUPLE SLIDER CARD TUTORIAL

Hey Crafters!

Today I am going to share with you all that how I made this wonderful and mesmerizing card which is also called as Quadruple Slider Card. All the four sides of the card slide out to reveal a sweet surprise. Quadruple slider cards aren't the simplest cards to put together, but the effort is definitely worth it. This card has a simple mechanism which causes the bottom tag to slide out when you pull the top tag. It's quite interesting to see this happen.

YOU WILL NEED
1) Cardstock Papers
2Pencil and Scale
3) Paper Cutter
4) Decorative Papers
5) Adhesive/glue
6) Double-sided Tape
7) Double-sided foam tape
8) Border Punch
9) Soft Poly Bag

DIMENSIONS

10*10 cm basic cardstock paper  - 4 (Quantity)
7*9 cm basic cardstock paper      - 4(Quantity)
9.5*9.5 cm decorative paper        - 1(Quantity)
6.8*16 cm Soft poly bag strip      - 2(Quantity)

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING
1) Take two 10*10 cm cardstock paper and cut it according to the given template. When it is done with the help of border punch make the design on all the 7*9.5 cm papers.

2) Now take the polybag strip and pass it through the slit made.

Apply double-sided tape to one end of the poly strip and stick another part over it loosely.
{ Don't stick them too loosely or too tightly otherwise, it won't function well and also check whether it is sliding properly or not }

3) After this take the sheet which we have punched previously, we will be now sticking them on the polybag strips.

Apply double-sided tape to the extreme left side of the polybag strip and stick the punched paper over it. Now flip the card. Apply double-sided tape to the extreme right side of the polybag strip and stick the punched paper over it. Similarly, stick other two punched papers over the other card.
[ check that both are sliding properly]

4) Bring the other two 10*10 cm cardstock.

Arrange both the sliding cards such as one is placed horizontally and the other is placed vertically on a flat surface.
Apply foam double-sided tape on the 1.5 cm (as shown below) space of horizontal sliding card and stick vertical one over it.
{ remember, stick the 2nd slider card such that its bottom slide coincides with the free space on the 1st slider card }

Now,  again apply foam double-sided tape on the bottom and front part and cover both sides with 10*10 cm cards.

5) At this point, we will decorate our card. Take 9.5*9.5 cm decorative paper and stick it over the front portion of the card.

Here I have taken some cutouts of clip art and then I glued them to the slides. I also wrote some cute quotations to make it more precious. You all can also be more creative and add-on more props to your card.

Final Look of the card.

Hope you all liked it.

THANK YOU!
