HOW TO MAKE MINI ALBUM

Hey Crafters!

Recently I made this cute looking mini album and I wanted to share its tutorial with you guys. This mini album is very versatile, you can make it in any size with any number of pages you want and it can also be decorated in many ways.

You just have to adjust the measurement according to the size of album you want to make. This mini-album is very easy to make .....which can be used to showcase your love to the person you will gift it. It can be a very good gift option for upcoming Valentine's Day also. Let's see the tutorial........

YOU WILL NEED 
1) Cardstock papers

2) Pencil and scale

3) Paper Cutter

4) Decorative Papers

5) Adhesive/glue
6) Ribbon

DIMENSIONS

30.5*10.5 cm Cardstock paper -   1(Quantity)
7.5*32 cm Cardstock paper       -   1(Quantity)

9.7*10.2 cm Decorative paper  -    4(Quantity)

2.7*10.2 cm Decorative paper  -    4(Quantity)
4.2*10.2 cm Decorative paper  -    2(Quantity)
( Make 2 sets of decorative papers of different designs thus you will have 1st set of one design and 2nd set of other design)

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING

1) Take 30.5*10.5 cm cardstock paper, mark and score at 10cm,13cm, 23cm and 26cm.

2) Take both the sets of decorative paper of dimension 9.7*10.2 cm and start sticking both sets on both sides of cardstock paper.

After this take both sets of 2.7*10.2 cm and 4.2*10.2 cm decorative papers, stick them also as shown.

3) Now, take 7.5*32 cm cardstock paper, mark and score at every 2 cm on the longer side.

( you will be marking at 2cm, 4cm, 6cm, 8cm, 10cm, 12cm, 14cm, 16cm, 18cm , 20cm, 22cm, 24cm, 26cm, 28cm and 30cm) 

Fold this in a zig-zag pattern as you can see below.

4) Mark the areas on both the large portions of cardstock paper measuring 30.5*10.5 cm by following the picture below.

5) Apply glue to one side of the zig-zag strip and then stick it on the marked area of the main cardstock paper (inner side).

(Refer step 4)

Repeat the above step for the other zig-zag strip.

Now, stick both the strips on the other side on the marked area. (Refer step 4)

70% of the album is now ready.....after this, we need to make cards which will be kept inside this album.

6) Take 8 colourfull cardstock papers and cut them into the dimension of 7.5*9 cm.

Take a coin and trace it on all colourfull papers and cut tw0 circles of each colour papers.

Stick the circles on either side of the cards.

7) Stick some pattern papers on the cards to decorate it.

8) Arrange the cards on the mini-album and tie it with a piece of ribbon.

The mini-album is now ready to be gifted........... but before gifting it don't forget to stick pictures to the cards.
