TWIST AND POP-UP CARD

Today's tutorial is on Twist and Pop-Up card. This card uses a very simple mechanism of twisting and popping up. It's a fun card to make. Let's check out its tutorial...........

    

YOU WILL NEED 
1) Cardstock Papers

2) Pencil and Scale

3) Paper Cutter

4) Decorative Papers

5) Adhesive/glue

DIMENSIONS
20*9 cm Cardstock Paper - 1
26*9 cm Cardstock Paper - 1
30*10 cm Cardstock Paper - 1

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING
1) Take 26*9 cm paper, now divide it into 4 equal parts of 6.5 cm along the longest side.

2) Fold the above paper in a zig-zag pattern, then stick the decorative paper of size 8.5*6 cm on all four parts.

3) Take 20*9 cm paper, divide the cardstock paper in half along the shortest side. Now mark 5.5 cm on both the ends and on both the sides of the longest side. Connect 5.5 cm marks diagonally and score every line.

4) Now take 30*10 cm cardstock paper and divide it in half along the longest side. Stick the decorative paper of measurement 14.5*9.5 cm on the inner side of the card.

Mark the midpoint at the center of the fold.

5) Now take the folded paper which we created in step 3, align it with the midpoint of the card and stick it.

After sticking it on one side, we will stick it over the other side.

6) Take the zig-zag paper. Arrange the middle line of the zig-zag paper at the center of the card.

Apply glue to the bottom square to the left of the card and stick the last fold of zig-zac paper. Similarly apply glue to the top right square of the card and stick the fold over it as shown below.

Final card is prepared.

7) Decorate the outer part of the card with a decorative paper measuring 14.5*9.5 cm.
