DIY POPSICLE JEWELLERY BOX TUTORIAL

Hey! Crafters!

Making best out of waste crafts is one of the most amazing feelings because you create an easy, pretty and less expensive craft from a limited source.

So I thought why not share an easy tutorial of making a jewellery box out of ice cream or popsicle sticks. Isn't that sounds great? Let's look into its process.........

YOU WILL NEED

1) Popsicle / Ice-cream sticks

2) Hot Glue Gun
3) Decorative Lace
4) Cardboard Paper
5) Rounder
6) Decorative flowers and beads

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING

1) Take popsicle/ice cream sticks in two different colors. Cut the cardboard in 6*8 cm rectangle and semicircle of 4 cm radius ( four quantities of each)

2) Take two rectangles and stick them together, repeat the same for rest of the pairs.

3) Take both the semicircles, now start sticking the alternate colored popsicle/ice cream sticks on the round part of the cardboard with the help of hot glue gun.

This will be used as the lid of the box.

4) Arrange the sticks like so and stick the  8 cm side of  rectangular cardboard piece on it.

5) Start sticking the sticks making an alternate pattern on the 6 cm sides of the box.

 6) Now apply glue on the inner side of the box, and stick half of the small piece of decorative paper.

Now stick the other half of the paper on the inner part of the lid. And also decorate the bare edges of the box with the same decorative paper.

7) Decorate the box by sticking decorative lace and artificial pears.

Also, stick washi tapes on the sides of the jewellery box.

8) Finally, stick some fake flowers on the lid of the box. And voila! your handmade, beautiful and personalized jewellery box is ready.
You can now store your jewellery in this box and flaunt it in your friend circle.

Hope you all liked it.

THANK YOU!
