This is an interesting card which on sliding, a surprise box pops up which can fascinate and amaze the person to whom you will gift it.
MATERIAL REQUIRED
For Box - 1st cardstock paper 16*21cm
2nd cardstock paper 15*22cm
For Rectangular Tray - 13.5*20.5cm
For Rectangular Cover Box- 14.5*20.5cm
PROCEDURE
I am dividing it into 3 parts
PART I (MAKING OF THE BOX)
STEP 1: Take 1st cardstock paper, mark 1cm-7cm-7cm-1cm on the shorter side and mark 7cm-7cm-7cm on the longer side.
Take 2nd cardstock paper, mark 1cm-7cm-7cm on the shorter side and mark 1cm-7cm-7cm-7cm on the longer side.

STEP 2: According to the above template cut the cardstock papers.
STEP 3: Make a hole on both the papers and remember that the holes should be at the same spot on both the papers as well as on the opposite side.
STEP 4: Arrange both the papers
Apply glue on the flip and stick the side of other cardstock paper over it.
STEP 5: Now take a rubber band of diameter 5cm or 6cm (approximately) which can stretch up to 14cm.
Carefully put it into the holes of the cube. Seal the box by sticking longer flip onto the smaller flip.
STEP 6: Take 4 pieces of decorative paper, cut them of size 6.5*6.5cm and then stick them on the sides of the cube.
PART II (MAKING OF RECTANGULAR TRAY)
Apply glue on the smaller flips and stick them on the adjacent sides. After this flip the extra potions inside and stick them with the sides.
Take decorative paper of size 7*14 cm, 2 pieces of 1.5*14cm and stick it on the box cover.

3) Paper Cutter
4) Decorative Papers
5) Adhesive / glue
6) Rubber band

And fold them along the drawn lines.
STEP 3: Make a hole on both the papers and remember that the holes should be at the same spot on both the papers as well as on the opposite side.
Cut a small triangle on each side where the hole is and make a cut through it towards the hole.
After this, fold it over and again stick the sides of both the cardstock papers.
Carefully put it into the holes of the cube. Seal the box by sticking longer flip onto the smaller flip.
Mark 1.5cm-1.5cm-14.5cm-1.5cm-1.5cm on the longer side and mark 1.5cm-1.5cm-7.5cm-1.5cm-1.5cm on the shorter side.
Punch 2 holes on one of the shorter sides.
Insert a small piece of ribbon in the holes and secure it with cello tapes.
Apply glue on the smaller flips and stick them on the adjacent sides. After this flip the extra potions inside and stick them with the sides.
Take a decorative paper of size 7*1cm and stick it on the base of the tray.
PART III (MAKING OF RECTANGULAR COVER BOX)
Mark 1.7cm-7.5cm-1.7cm-7.7cm-1.7cm
Mark 1.7cm-7.5cm-1.7cm-7.7cm-1.7cm
Apply glue on one side and stick it on the other side.
Take decorative paper of size 7*14 cm, 2 pieces of 1.5*14cm and stick it on the box cover.
